Cedar Creek Commons

Cedar Creek Commons is a townhouse and condominium development off Lebanon Road. This neighborhood has newer townhomes and the Willow Creek Apartment complex, both of which have many amenities, such as central air conditioning, stainless steel appliances, and updated landscaping. Nestled between Cedar Creek and Charlie Daniels Park, residents enjoy having easy access to recreational activities like the community center, playgrounds, sports fields, and a farmer’s market. Several schools are within walking distance, such as Elzie D. Patton Elementary School, Mount Juliet Middle School, and Mount Juliet Christian Academy. Hickory Pointe

One of the more luxurious areas in Mt. Juliet is Hickory Pointe, developed by Larry Powell builders. Located off Gambill Tubbs Cove Road, this neighborhood is a single-family housing development with beautiful modern, craftsman, and traditional home styles. Many of these are lakefront properties offering views of Old Hickory Lake. Located off Arbor Springs Road is the area’s most sought-after housing complex. With flexible floor plans, the homes range in size from 2,800 to over 3,900 square feet. Pricing varies between $500K to $800K.
