Being a Tennessee native, Samantha Koenig has a strong passion for helping people in the local community find their perfect home. She is driven by her eagerness to help homebuyers fulfill the “American Dream.” Samantha was born and raised in the small town of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee. She moved to Murfreesboro, Tennessee in 2007 where she was raised by her father who taught her entrepreneurial skills from a very young age. Samantha began working at Wesley Mortgage in 2019 as a Loan Officer Assistant while also assisting with processing. After learning the ins and outs of the mortgage process, Samantha decided to take the leap and become a Loan Officer. Samantha takes pride in working hard and exceeding the expectations of her clients. She was taught at a young age never to settle with mediocrity, and as a result, she goes above and beyond in every aspect of her life. With her southern charm, she is able to provide a sense of comfort for clients when they are applying for a mortgage. Samantha takes pride in making sure all the borrowers’ questions are answered and their needs are met. With her excellent communication and customer service skills, everyone who speaks with her instantly feels at home.
